We are able to install, monitor and bill for each client using this service. If there is a need to service the unit, one call to Constant Companions and someone will be out to resolve any issue.
The Philips Lifeline personal response services are free to all clients who are using Constant Companions Home Care services for 20+ hours per week. If home care services drop below 20 hours a week, the Philips Lifeline will remain at the home without interruption (unless the client cancels it) and we will be able to continue monitoring the safety of each client at home.
The two options that are completely free under this program are The HomeSafe Products. The GoSafe is also available and we can offer a monthly discount equal to or less than the cost of the HomeSafe as long as Constant Companions’ home care services are 20+ hours per week.
We have always encouraged our clients to use Philips Lifeline, especially when caregiving service hours are sparse or sporadic. It is a safety net for the client and a reassurance for all those that love and care for them.
You or your loved one may not be ready for full care services by Constant Companions Home Care. That’s OK! There is no need to utilize our services in order to utilize our Philips Lifeline Services, we are a full-service partner of Lifeline and can install and monitor for anyone.
